
Smoked Salmon Dip
Ingredients:
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon horseradish (add more to taste)
1 tablespoon fresh dill
1 tablespoon fresh chives
1 tablespoon capers, roughly chopped
1 tablespoon caper juice from the jar
Juice of 1/2 a lemon (add more to taste)
8-ounce package smoked salmon, roughly chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
Using your hand mixer, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and horseradish mixing well. Add In the remaining ingredients mixing well and saving the salmon for last. Gently fold in the chopped salmon. Chill until time to serve. I buttered and toasted bagels cut into bite size pieces for serving. Any cracker will work well too. One of my new favorites.
