I love onion dip. For something different, I decided to jazz it up a bit, so I added jalapenos. I think this recipe works because it’s creamy but with a little kick. For this simple dip, all the ingredients you need to whip up a batch for a Friday Night Porch Party are probably already at your fingertips.
1 cup sour cream 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup finely chopped pickled jalapenos
1 tablespoon dried minced onions 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder Salt and pepper to taste
Directions; Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for an hour before serving. Great served with a batch of Hot Chips.
