Hot Artichoke Souffle'



Hot Artichoke Soufflé


Ingredients:


2 12-ounce jars artichoke hearts, marinated in oil

3 8-ounce blocks of cream cheese, softened

4 green onions, chopped

1 green jar of grated Parmesan cheese


Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drain the artichoke hearts reserving 1 cup of marinade from the jar. Chop the hearts into bit size pieces and removing any hard pieces of the petals. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, reserved artichoke marinade, and parmesan and mix well. Fold in the artichoke pieces and green onions. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and bake 45-50 minutes. The top should be golden brown. Remove from oven and serve warm. We like to serve ours with Triskets, but Wheat Thins work well too.
