FNPP Carmel Cobbler


Ingredients:


1 stick butter, melted

1 Duncan Hines butter cake mix

1 cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 1/2 cups brown sugar

1 cup hot water

1 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Homemade vanilla Blue Bell Ice cream


Directions:


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add the melted butter to an 8 1/2 X 11 baking dish and set aside. In a separate mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, milk, and vanilla mixing well. Pour the mixture over the melted butter. Sprinkle the brown sugar over the flour mixture. Lastly, pour the hot water of the top. Bake for 35 minutes. Remove from oven and let the dish set for about 10 minutes before serving with the Ice cream.
