Cajun Mustard Sauce

Many years ago, the Outlaw family had a restaurant inside the Cypress Inn in Belzoni. One night for the dinner special Eddie served this sauce atop fried catfish. It was divine. Lou whipped up some for a recent catfish night, and it made it so special. Give it a try for a little something different.

Cajun Mustard Sauce (Great on Fish)


1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup Zatarain's Creole Mustard


Combine ingredients and refrigerate until use.
