
Mechatto Sauce
Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Dash of hot sauce
2 tablespoons fresh minced garlic
pinch of dry mustard
juice of 1/2 a lemon
Directions:
Combine all Ingredients with a whisk. Taste for salt and pepper. Refrigerate until use. Great as a salad dressing or dip with captain’s wafers.
